  • Pastor Michael D. Sneed was born and raised in South Dallas, the oldest of six siblings.

  • He is a graduate of Skyline High School and holds a Doctor of Theology degree.

  • He is overwhelmingly, extremely and happily joined at the rib to his friend, his huckleberry, and wife of 25+ years, 1st Lady Minister Dorothy Sneed.

  • He is a 25+ year veteran of the Dallas Police Department holding the rank of Sergeant.

  • Pastor Sneed has been preaching the Gospel for 20+ years and has assisted in revivals across the states of Texas and Louisiana.

  • He has held various levels of responsibilities throughout his ministerial tenure such as:

    • Vice-Chairman of the Deacon Board of Southern Crest MBC (now FGB);
    • Trustee Board Chairman and Co-pastor of Agape Baptist Church in Cedar Hill;
    • Assistant Pastor of Power & Authority Tabernacle in Grand Prairie

  • He is the Creator and co-instructor of “Leading Leaders to Lead”. A leadership workshop that trains leaders in ministry.

  • He was awarded “Most Faithful and Dedicated Preacher of the Year” (1995) by Apostle Dr. W. F. Hughes of Power & Authority Tabernacle (now Journey Christian Community Church).

  • He was also the recipient of Power and Authority Tabernacle’s “Outstanding Service Award” (1997 and 1998).

  • Pastor Sneed and the L.F.B.C. ministry were featured on WFAA’s (Channel 8) Television News Magazine “Metro” (2002).

  • He has recorded with Gospel Hip-Hop Artist “KINGSTA” on his debut CD “Prayer Warrior” (2002).

  • Pastor Sneed was also featured in the Dallas Morning News “Talk of the Town” section (2003).

  • He was a character actor in short film called “The Sessions” and “Holy Hip-Hop Aint No Game” produced by Gaither Productions (2006).

  • Co-producer of L.F.B.C.’s “One Night, One Light, One Mic”. A Christian Poetry ministry.

  • He is a Chaplin with Victim Relief Ministries. A ministry that partners’ with churches, individuals, corporations, and others to provide help, hope, and comfort to victims of crime, disaster, and terrorism.

  • He is the recipient of the Dallas Police Department’s “Shining Star Award”, which is given to honor individuals for ethical conduct and individual acts, such as acts of kindness, going beyond the call of duty, or other actions which bring favorable recognition to the Dallas Police Department. (2010).

He is the Senior Pastor of Loving Fellowship Baptist Church in Duncanville, Texas. Where LOVING is not just their Name, It’s their Attitude!


  • Elect Lady Minister Dorothy Sneed grew up in Dallas, the youngest girl of six siblings.

  • She is a graduate of L. G. Pinkston High School and holds an Associates Degree in Public Administration.

  • She is happily joined at the rib to her friend, her personal lord, her husband and pastor of 25+ years, Dr. Michael D. Sneed.

  • Elect Lady Sneed has been involved in ministry 20+ years as a devoted deacon’s wife, minister’s wife and pastor’s wife. She is also a licensed minister of the Gospel.

  •  She has held various levels of responsibilities during her ministerial tenure such as:

    • Church Secretary for Agape Baptist Church (Cedar Hill) and Power & Authority Tabernacle (Grand Prairie);

    • Co-Instructor of New Membership Orientation for Power & Authority Tabernacle;

    • Former Director of Youth Ministry and current Director of the Vessel’s of Faith (Women’s Ministry) at Loving Fellowship;

    • Youth Sunday School and Bible Study Instructor, as well as, Co-instructor of the “Leading Leaders to Lead” Leadership Workshop and Seminar which train leaders in ministry.

  • She was honored by the National Council of Negro Women, Inc., (T. Mathis Hawkins Section) at the “Texas Unity Conference” as a “Salute to 1st Ladies of the Metroplex” (2002).

  • She was honored at the "Gospel Celebration Benefiting The Family Place" as a "First Lady Against Domestic Violence" (2009).

She is the Elect Lady of Loving Fellowship Baptist Church in Duncanville, Texas.
