Lil' Fellowship Children's Ministry

The goal of Lil' Fellowship Children's Ministry is to equip the children with the Word of God.

"Train up a child in the way they should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

Our objectives to meet this goal are to:

1. Staff this ministry with individuals who are loving, patient, kind, joyous, peaceful, long suffering, gentle, good, faithful, meek and temperant.

2. Teach and provide a biblical foundation through Christian based programs.

3. Supervise, counsel, and support our children.

The Lil' Fellowship Children's Ministry is under the watchful eyes of Pastor Kenneth and Sister Ericha Prox.They have committed themselves to the care and love of our children. Let's give them all the support they need.

The Youth Chorale is the Children's Ministry's choir. The Youth Chorale is under the direction of Sister Shelia Hooker who has taken our "Lil'" ones to another level where not only are they singing contemporary songs but they are also performing "Praise and Worship" when they come (in full force) into the sanctuary on Sunday morning. God has truly blessed us with wonderful kids. So the next time your baby starts to sing a gospel song from the radio, remember we are not just giving them crackers and juice on Sunday's.

They rehearse the 1st and 2nd Saturday of every month and they sing the 2nd Sunday of every month.

Our Lil' Fellowship Children's Ministry is our answer to Children's church on Sunday mornings. We have prepared a 52 week Bible lesson program which covers such topics as Kindness, Love, Respect, The Praise of God, Prayer, Wisdom just to name a few. Lil' Fellowship has also been instructed on the importance of tithing and meaning of the "crackers and juice" (Communion) and what they represent.

Lil' Fellowship Children's Ministry is in the spirit-filled hands of Sister Celia Strickland (Director) and Sister Sandra (Auntie) Hodge, (Asst. Director).  The Children's Church also has several volunteers to assist them with the large number of children they see every Sunday morning. It is under the guidance of Sister Angela Owens our Coordinator.
